Services:
There are no refunds on services provided by HandyHuey, LLC. Our labor charges are set and cannot be refunded, as our technicians are billed for work accomplished.

If the service was inadequate, the client may be eligible for a technician to return for a second repair at a reduced or nonexistent price. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please email contact@handyhuey.com in order to settle the matter with a customer service representative.

Please note that this service policy only applies for the first thirty days following the job's Completion Date. After thirty days, it is assumed that the service was adequate, and that the client no longer needs assistance with the matter.

Materials:
When materials are provided by HandyHuey, LLC, the refund policy is as follows:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the job's Completion Date to request a material return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your repair or installation upon reception and contact us immediately if the material item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the material item is damaged due to a negligent installation, you will be entitled to a full repair with new material at no charge.

However, if it is due to normal wear-and-tear damage, then a repair or replacement may fall into our "Exceptions" category, listed below:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, as we supply materials from local hardware and paint stores. In the event of an item not being returnable due to a standard wear-and-tear related damage, the item may be replaced by us but it may not qualify to be replaced free of charge. Please contact us to see if your damaged material item qualifies for replacement.

Our quotes are created with fairness in mind. Our prices for specific repairs are preset, unless there is additional or unforeseen work that comes up during the repair or installation. Our prices are the same for everyone, unless a set discount is applied through our loyalty program.

Here at HandyHuey, we try our best to schedule jobs with specific appointment times. However, sometimes the time requirement for jobs may be difficult to predict and time windows may be offered in place of specific appointment times.

Before we schedule an appointment, a customer service representative will reach out to you directly to confirm a day and an appointment time/window, to ensure a communicative and convenient service.

Yes, we are insured in accordance with Georgia law and can operate as handymen with the assurance that any and all work that we do is backed by general liability insurance coverage.

Georgia law does not require us to charge a sales tax for services. However, there is a mandatory sales tax that will be added to material purchases, when material is needed.
